Are you tired of attending the typical bridal show and visiting booth after booth in hopes of meeting your perfect vendor? Look no further because the Fort Collins Wedding Association is bringing you the first annual Fort Collins “Bridal Crawl”!
What is a Bridal Crawl? As an alternative to the typical bridal show, we are excited to offer brides and grooms, along with their family and friends, a unique approach in exploring creative inspiration for their wedding! The Bridal Crawl will consist of visiting three different venues: The Hilton Fort Collins, Fort Collins Country Club and Block One, each creating a real wedding reception with a different theme. This will give guests the opportunity to see some of the best vendors around Fort Collins in action, creating tangible experiences for all participants.
Starting at The Hilton, guests will check in and experience a champagne brunch before heading to The Fort Collins Country Club, where the theme will be ‘Spring’. Participate in a mock ceremony (same location as in the photo below), and dress up at our Photo Booth. The Grand Finale will be at the new venue Block One (details to come). Guests get about 45 minutes of mingling and fun at each venue, with a unique set of give-aways at each stop from the participating vendors (which you won’t want to miss!).
Our VIP ticket holders will be shuttled by a professional event transport company between all venues, returning to the Hilton, for a full-service experience. One lucky VIP Bride will win an exclusive prize: the Ultimate Shopping Experience courtesy of Dora Grace Bridal and Belle Shea Salon. The Bride and her entourage will be picked up in style by a limousine and treated to hair and make-up styling before an after-hours exclusive bridal appointment. Guests will be able to enjoy champagne and appetizers while shopping for the perfect dress! As a bonus, after the wedding you’ll have the opportunity for a fun bride and groom outdoor portrait session in Fort Collins, courtesy of Mark Creery Photography. Exclusions may apply.
